What we expect.

TrucklineMP exists to create the most polished, well-run multiplayer experience for Euro Truck Simulator 2. That takes people who care. If you want to be one of them, read this first.

Our Mission

ETS2 deserves a multiplayer experience that matches the quality of the base game. TrucklineMP is built on that belief. We run stable servers, enforce fair rules, and build tools that make the game genuinely better for everyone who plays it.

Our staff are the backbone of that. Moderators keep the roads safe. Support agents help players who are stuck. Developers ship features that matter. Every role on the team exists because it moves that mission forward.

We are not a large organisation run by bureaucracy. We are a focused team that moves fast, holds each other accountable, and takes pride in the product we put in front of hundreds of thousands of players.

Recruitment Rules

Be respectful and professional

All staff members represent TrucklineMP publicly. You are expected to conduct yourself with maturity and respect toward players, fellow staff, and the community at all times — both on and off the platform.

Be available and committed

Staff roles require regular activity. If you cannot maintain the expected level of commitment, let your team lead know in advance. Unexplained inactivity will result in removal.

No conflicts of interest

You may not hold a staff position at another ETS2 or ATS multiplayer community while serving on the TrucklineMP team. Our staff are expected to be fully invested in this project.

Honesty in your application

Your answers must be truthful and your own. Providing false information — including about your experience, playtime, or identity — is grounds for immediate rejection and a permanent ban from future applications.

One active application at a time

You may only have one open application at a time. Once your application is resolved (accepted or rejected), you may apply again.

No lobbying or pressure

Do not contact staff members to ask about your application status or attempt to influence the outcome. Applications are reviewed based solely on their merit.

Minimum requirements

Each position has its own minimum playtime and account age requirements. These are enforced automatically. Do not attempt to circumvent them — your application will not be considered.

Staff decisions are final

All recruitment decisions are made at the discretion of the recruitment team. We do not provide detailed feedback on rejections.

By submitting an application you confirm you have read and agree to these rules. Violations at any stage of the process — or during your time as staff — may result in removal and a ban from future applications.
